The material well being of a pastor is relative to the well being of the flock.
If he feeds the sheep well, they will produce for Him their good meat and milk.
Therefore, to become a well fed Pastor, feed well the flock!
You cannot become a hungry Pastor if you don’t let the flock stay hungry.
You cannot starve if you don’t get them starved.
If you make it your duty to supply them with spiritual nourishment they will make it their duty to supply you with physical nourishment.
Feed the flock well spiritually and the flock will reciprocate by feeding you well materially.
