“While the earth remaineth, seed time and harvest … shall not cease.” (Gen 8:22)
Ruth turned her back on her family, nation and future to follow a woman who had nothing to offer. What she did not know at that time was that in deciding to follow Naomi, she was sowing a seed for which she will be remembered for posterity.
God wants you to know that like Ruth, every good you do to people this year is a seed. It is important to know that your seed determines your harvest. This is a biblical principle of which nothing can be changed. Harvest time follows seed time. Besides, the kind of soil in which you sow determines your harvest. An infertile soil can retard the growth of a good seed. From today henceforth, don’t be discourage from sowing. Know that every good thing you do in the life of people this year is a seed. Whatever help you render to someone is a seed you’ve sown that God cannot forget. As you do so, grace for harvest will follow you because after seed time follows the harvest time.
