It is important for us to understand that every spiritual exercise is ordained for our benefits, 1 Timothy 4:8. Our awareness of the benefits is what determines we are not robbed of what should come to us

  • Speedy Restoration of Health– Isaiah 58:8, Matthew 12:1. Fasting procures power; referring to the unction of the Holy Ghost Acts 10:8. When power comes everyone gets healed Matthew 7:21. All power is available to us but we can only access it through prayer and fasting. Fasting Procures light and light destroys affliction Job 33:21-24, What God shows ends the show of the devil.
  • Sanctification– Isaiah 58:8 until righteousness is in front glory does not follow. Romans 3:24 glory is shortened by sin. Romance 8:13 in fasting, the Holy Ghost empowers our spirit for dominion over the flesh. When sin gives way, glory comes in, 2 Timothy 2:21, Hebrews 1:3, John 8:29

Prayers: Lord, in this season, establish my light and let my glory come

Lord, enhance my righteousness this season.

Assignment: look out for the blessing of the third day, today is our day of rising, Hosea 6:2

Speak to every mountain of your life and command them to be gone.
